This thread is for posting examples of present Polaris (longhaul business class) meals. It serves as a resource for those who want to know what might be served on their future flights. It is also a place for Q&A about expectations concerning food and drinks onboard.

Again, this thread is for posting specific meal service details for all flights marketed as Polaris Business. In general, this includes:- Most transatlantic flights
- Transpacific flights (except to/from Guam)
- South American flights branded as Polaris
