I booked a few during the promo. None worked. Future stays i rebooked I assume won't either. Sent s support request in. They basically said I didnt do it right. Blamed the way I booked the stays. Annoyingly one was a hyatt regency where I was already booked in hyatt app, as part of the USA promotion. Close to another bonus points amount. Cancelled it in app, rebooked using rakuten (which basically then transforms it into a browser booking) and the stay posted hyatt points per usual but they didnt honor the in app bonus offer because they can see the booking was done via browser. So I missed the cashback offer and the bonus points. Eh that will teach me
