Check the AA PDF timetable (www.aatimetable.com/aa.pdf).. it will show you all flights from a city and if the flight is direct or not. The QF, BA and CX timetables also shows # of stops on a flight.

EI only has a few, and usually it's DUB-SNN-XXX or v.v.
LA has many direct flights
AY has a few (via BKK) and internal
IB has several, usually involving BCN-MAD-XXX (these usually are direct flights with a change of equipment). Also some interesting ones MAD-LPA-DKR
