I agree

I recently flew on a UA Polaris flight (lay-flat seats). The young lady behind me had 2 dogs, one small & one large. They each had a sign on them "medical service dog". During the 10 hour flight, I got up to use the rest room but couldn't because the big dog was laying (possibly sleeping) in the aisle. Yes, in the aisle, not under her feet. The only way was to step over the dog (which I wasn't ready to do). Instead I walked to the front, through the galley & then down the other aisle to get to the rest room. On my way back to my seat, I asked a FA who was in the galley if this was correct. She told me that technically, the lady was supposed to keep the dog in her seat area but since it was a service dog, she said; "I'm hesitant to tell her anything". I just said that this means that all the passengers had to walk up & down the aisles instead of walking directly to the rest room. What would happen if a passenger had some kind of emergency or medical issue? The FA just shrugged with her shoulders.
Am I missing something?
