I just recently watched it as well, some of the clips of worn floors and shoddy furniture were ghastly. I can't imagine the PH brand taking kindly to the mediocre quality choice made during construction.

Arguably, none of the ultra luxury choices are the greatest choice for kids in KL. FS might give a stuffed animal and sleeping tent? Small pools and not much in kids entertainment going on. I would probably pick Grand Hyatt because of the giant pool for kids to play around in.
Agreed on kid friendliness for the luxe hotels in KL. I keep finding myself coming back to the Shangri-la on every second stay because of their great care for families. Shame it's a little worn.
