Local M&M rep has confirmed that my unanswered November inquiry has been updated with a chaser by the German Senator line (in Manila) with no reaction as well. They have also confirmed that the climate contribution was "somehow" conducted as they have not been able to trigger it again for the 31 flights in question but have not been able to help me further as they are not able to see the climate contribution transactions.

Could you please help me with this matter as per the details provided in PMs since the points are needed for a 2025 requalification?
