Do you see the transaction tracking in your Rakuten account? If yes, then it typically takes a long time (several weeks to a few months after the stay) for earnings from hotel bookings to go from “pending” to “confirmed”. If it’s not tracking but you are sure you properly booked via Rakuten, then you may have to file a missing cash back claim with Rakuten.
