I booked three hotels last night through Chase travel. All three were IHG group hotel. Only one reservation showed up in my IHG acount- from the Edit collection (even though it states there was an issue updating your stay). In any case, I am still not sure I will get the points or nights through IHG. I actually do not care. I want to use the $250 credit. The other two hotels were Crowne Plaza (SIN airport) and Holiday Inn Express (Bangkok). Those two reservation could not be added. I chatted with IHG and they asked me to call Chase Travel. Chase travel called the hotels directly and they told him 'no es possible'. So either Chase is advertising falsely or they are still not in sync with IHG. In any case, the prices to book direct was at least $30-$40 cheaper than Chase. I did consider the extra points through Chase but it would have mattered if I could double dip (points and nights at IHG+Chase point). Without IHG points, these are not worth. Stop misguiding Chase! Gimme my 2 hours back!
