Brief update on Westin in Costa del Este
Booked a business suite. FD said I was upgraded due to my Titanium status. Told her that was not correct since I paid for the suite. Asked about the renewal suite but it was denied.
Welcome gift is points and breakfasts. No need to choose.
Happy hour 6-8p for elites at lobby bar. Picked from a menu. One drink and one appetizer per person.
Weak water pressure and water leak from shower.
2 bottles of free water in room .
Gym is ok. Not many machines.
Breakfast at lobby restaurant starts at 630a. Buffet style with an egg station. Most dishes are cold already when we get there at 630a.
15 mins to and from PTY by Uber. So convinent for layover . Strip mall right next to hotel with restaurants and a mini Mart. So that is good.
