It was pretty bad on the 27th, but three flights had arrived in close succession so it was extremely busy. The furthest right queue was a lot quicker than the others. They've got machines so you can register before getting to the kiosk, I think in normal times you are expected to use the machines but they weren't enforcing that when I came through, got prints and photo at the kiosk.
