I did a flight to TPA this month, I did the whole process on the computer and saved it. I didnt put in the credit card number and that caused the whole reservation to disappear. If you dont use your credit card to hold the reservation, even if your not doing the purchase at that time, It is wiped out. I was told this over the phone the next day trying to retrieve the same flights and price.
