Good questions! I just did an update that addresses both:
1. Non-eligible partner fares
When adding a flight manually, there's now a "Not eligible for Flying Blue" toggle. Enable it for flights that don't earn FB credit and the app will log the flight with 0 XP/miles. You can always manually edit flights and the miles/XP earnings.
I'll be looking into a more advanced system that automatically calculates miles for partner airlines based on booking class, but that requires quite a bit of research since each SkyTeam partner has different eligibility rules. For now, the toggle gives you manual control.
2. TRF airport
Added! It's now recognized. Many more will follow.
Also coming soon: rail station codes like ZWE and ZYR. Especially useful for XP runners.
