Slipped my mind as I was the one making the reservations for everyone and it was easier to just book 2 rooms using my account.
You are entitled to your normal stay credit & points for your room and a one night stay credit to your account
for the GOH room.Call MHC IF you have checked out and it hasn’t posted 48 to 72 hours after check out
I do know that early on if an agent didn’t book the GOH correctly one would not receive stay credit
This happened a few times to me and unfortunately I was told hopefully it will go better next time 🤷♂️
Back in the day Hyatt took ownership of most failures today sometimes. We had it good for many years when
guest assurance was stellar most of the time and we still complained 🤪😀 to the good old days (sigh)
