They could have changed to Accor's central email system, with addresses usually in the form h<number>@accor.com, but @swissotel email is still listed online.
Thanks, I'll try that as well. If you hit the contact by email button in the app it still shows the one I listed and not any Hxxx type email, so that ought to be correct.
One other annoying thing is that the Swissotel Doha is now on the ALL 4x promo list for new properties, so I'd have to cancel and rebook to get this (only worthwhile if the rate hasn't changed much).
However, when I check any date on the Accor deals page for the 4x promo the Swissotel Doha shows every single day as 'no availability', going right through to the end of the promo period.
