You're overthinking this :-) You will self-declare whether you've been in high risk countries within the past 6 days. Since you clearly will be out of Argentina for more than 6 days, there's nothing to worry about.

I've done Argentina to Singapore with a 7 day break in between. No one asked me for a yellow fever vaccination certificate (although I had one in any case).
