I’ve got a reservation for June 2026 booked on points at 120k per night that I’m not planning on making. I can cancel and get my points back. But in theory if the renovation went long, maybe they would rebook into the future. June seems like a long shot for it to go 2 months long so they are still closed, but anyone think that’s possible?
I think it's very unlikely, I've been corresponding with them to nail down the dates as I have a reservation 5/15 - 5/21. The resort is closing 1/19/2026 and is still projected to be finished on 4/2/2026.
Cash availability shows almost all rooms available 4/5/2026 - 4/11/2026.
