I had issues with no usable desk in my room first time here, and was basically told I needed to book a more expensive room. My second stay there was zero upgrade at all - small room with the metro tracks right outside the window. I get it, but guess I'm kind of spoiled with typical Globalist treatment at other properties. My sense is that regular guests and corporate accounts (entertainment industry) get preference on room assignment.
