I used a platinum benefit earlier this month; when I looked a couple days later, it was there.

What is kinda funny is that the app lists me short of MQDs (but still says "DM Reached" and allowed me to choose CBs) while the website lists me as good. Further, the app, website, and AmEx all list different miles available. Wowzers.
