We are underwhelmed despite positive reports by people we highly respect. No upgrade was available and the standard room is very tight. There are two of us and there was one chair. I'm not one to sit on the bed and use the computer or read. There is no desk though there is a small round table.

Staff is very pleasant and quick to do what they can. I burst out laughing on seeing the toothpaste they sent at our request. It is a small packet, barely a single squeeze. There are two bottles of water in the room and we were offered two more. We were offered breakfast coupons and a late checkout. We'll be gone very early but points to them for the proactive offer.

If you are a globalist and space is important, use a suite upgrade. Space makes me happy. I'd likely leave completely different feedback if we had done so.
