You may have luck by searching through some YouTube videos on the Etihad A380. There may be some videos of a tour through the economy section where you can get a sense for the space in row 43.
Just a note -- you run the risk of sitting next to a crying baby in a bassinet with these seats.

Exhausted most of the videos on YouTube and nothing conclusive. It does look like decent legroom on that website but sometimes the bulkhead can be quite close.
