Just completed a stay as glob. Great service. We got the grand exec suite (SUA). Breakfast was great: buffet but you could also order an omelet from the menu (they confirmed both buffet + omelet is ok for glob) + drink.

Also they offered $15 food + bev daily credit from bar or restaurant. Pro tip: if you have kids, they have a kids menu for dinner which you apply the room credit.

pool is quite small, no change rooms. So you will have to go from room to 4th floor and back to change.

Valet parking for glob on points, which is quite nice given the expensive cost of parking. Location is great, walking distance to the cloud/bean and art institute of Chicago.
