No, it was the Amex FX rate. I'm sure I could have dialed it in a little better (e.g. 42,45 EUR rather than 42) but I decided to not complicate my life. They're using the POS credit card scanner to manually process them in EUR, rather than swiping a USD card and having the POS ask if you want to process it in dollars.
