Used correctly, nothing sticks. There is a non-stick hard anodized aluminum set, with a bonded stainless steel base, which we don't have experience with. The polytetrafluoroethylene non-stick coating is supposedly chemically inert; however, Consumer Reports have determined that such claims can’t always be trusted.
