Two hours pales in comparison to B6. I was just re-booked onto a B6 flight by the AC agents and wanted to get seats assigned to minimize chances of being bumped (only seats left are $199 studio seats). Called up and was quoted a four hour wait.
I know it's "YMMV" but my experience with the app usually hasn't been great when trying to do certain things so I'd rather wait for the call-back and get a phone agent.
