Biz Platinum with very high annual spend. High enough spend to qualify for Biz Platinum Corporate card and was solicited earlier this year to switch to corp card . Called my special 877 number and was denied anything on my biz plat and offered a downgrade to green . A few days later thought why not call the number on back of the actual biz plat and I received a full $895 credit that posted in a few days . Proof amex is still really messed up.
