So here’s an interesting one - or maybe someone knows what’s going on here.

booked an Edit stay last week, for Feb. 2026 for JW Marriott Resort Anaheim. I partially used points, but grand total for the stay was $1496.67. I added my Marriott Bonvoy number, and can see my reservation in the app there. It is showing in the details that it’s a Chase ‘lhrc exclusive rate’, but grand total is showing as $1361.30.

Antone know why the rate from Marriott is ~$135 less than Chase is charging me? Seems odd.
