I have some Connect Miles and am planning an future redemption.
It's a bit difficult, as many airlines publish tickets ~360 days in advance, but Copa's website does not allow to search more than ~330 days, thus by the time I can search for the tickets they might have been already snagged.

Does anyone have experience with calling the call centre when the partner airline published the award tickets (and the date is still not available to search on Copa's website) - will they be able to book those tickets over the phone?
I can use website like Aeroplan to check availability (which is where I should've credited my points to I now regretenly understand!)
