Mileage Multiplier has never been a published eligible spend, but up until this year has usually been automatically credited.

  1. Ddid you purchase Mileage Multiplier as part of a new booking, or standalone, as a separate transaction after creating an itinerary?
  2. How much was the Mileage Multiplier charge?
