Hotel: Mandarin Oriental Tokyo
Room Booked: Deluxe King Room
Early Check-in: On arrival, around 1pm
Late Checkout: 4pm
Upgrade: Mandarin Grand Room (with Mt. Fuji visible when clear)
$100 Food & Beverage Credit: Applied towards Pizza Bar on 38th
Breakfast: K'shiki restaurant. Buffet + one main course, per menu (Although the server proactively asked if I wanted a 2nd item from the menu. How could I refuse? ) Could also be used on In-Room Dining, per FHR letter given at check-in.
Prepaid/Paid at Hotel: Prepaid
Loyalty Points/Benefits Received?: N/A, I believe. Haven't investigated this yet.
Comment: Can't think of enough nice things to say about this hotel. Also received some chocolates during check-in, and a fruit platter was delivered to the room a few hours after check-in (one of best fruit platters I've received at a hotel).
