Appears of the legacy three domestic carriers, UA is now the only one still offering elite credit for BE fares, as AA for new tickets will no longer and DL has not for some time. But UA is still the only one not allowing full size carry on. I suspect on FT the credit is the more preferred benefit but for not elites the full size carry on would be preferred.
