I have some miles expiring in my family member account, part of my mileage pool. Some miles expire in a few days, another 3000 at the end of March. If I use miles to pay for "compensation" for my account, will it use all these expiring miles from my mileage pool, like it normally does if I book an award flight? I am still not sure if FT status is enough to justify spending 140 EUR , but at least I "save" some miles this way. Thanks in advance!
