I have noticed the same thing with Banyan Tree/Accor properties in Bali, with OTA coming much cheaper. I also observed that Accor's price guarantee program excludes any BT properties. Kind of a rip off Do you see the same with "full Accor" hotels like Novotel or Sofitel?
