Flights in question were now approx 2.5 weeks ago, and posted 2 weeks ago. The first chat with CS they said it might take some time and they'd escalate just in case. The second one - middle of last week - they said someone would email me. Sure enough, there has been no email.
Next flight isn't until the 27th, but am starting to get concerned with holidays and all that.
Any experience with anything similar or suggestions? Just wait? Use the Gold Whatsapp or email? Create twitter account and scream?
Just for prosperity this ended happily, plat change happened on the 23rd, so approximately 20 days after the flights posted and 25 days after the flights. I did ping CS via Whatsapp a few times. Each time they said it was still processing but they couldn't do it themselves. Must say CS were always lovely about it. Whether my pings had any effect is unknown. If I had had the 3 international flights (that are in 2 days) earlier in the month I would've been reasonably miffed, however.
On another note: any difference in the breakfast between Schengen (platinum corner) and non-Schengen business lounge? I'll be transiting from non-Schengen to Schengen at the ripe hour of 5:45-7:25.
