For some reason, my NAN-SYD and SYD-NAN segments have all posted, but even 30 days after the YVR-NAN segment and multiple contacts from me to AA about it with receipts, boarding pass photos, etc, the YVR-NAN segment has not posted. I'm utterly baffled about how one segment from an itinerary can post and not the other one I literally flew hours before/after. And of course, the SYD-NAN segment posted this morning but the NAN-YVR segment it was coupled with hasn't posted either. The credit per segment for SYD-NAN or NAN-SYD was approximately USD 700 of spend / 7.7k LP at EXP earning rate, which matches what I'd expect for half of the journey, but not the full journey. So I'm definitely short both million miler credit and the LP and miles for the remaining half of the trip.

Anyone else having similarly frustrating experiences getting FJ and AA to play nicely? Not a codeshare, just straight FJ stock, FJ flight number, with my AA number clearly printed on the boarding passes.
