Been a weird day food wise. Not a single real meal because I’ve been doing various Xmas runs - Bakery, Costco, Whole Foods, The Wegmans (those last two were truly torture regarding getting to it and finding a parking spot) and also the ABC store because of course finally needed another bottle of Pernod (Oysters Rockefeller). A late dinner was ultimately Rochambeau Oysters on the half shell that just arrived earlier this evening and wonderfully fresh having just been harvested yesterday morning
