A bit of a decline from last year in terms of number of sectors for me, but with everything being personal travel and nothing for work, I would say it is still pretty decent. I started out the year by agreeing with my wife, that in order to stay mentally sane from work, we would need to do at least one trip per month throughout the year - we managed to exceed that



Highlights:
- Doing a return in TG J on the same rotation as the crew, so around 30 hrs on the ground, unfortunately for the sad circumstances of a funeral. The crew were amazing and did everything to make it as positive a trip as possible.
- Moving back to Star Alliance (and ending my BA year on a whooping 438 nTPs - would have liked it to be 0)
- Eight trips to China (if you include HK and Taiwan) this year, four to the mainland, taking advantage of the visa-free entry for both of our nationalities
- Burning the remaining Avios on BA F while I still have GGL
- First Air China trip in over 15 years

2 new airlines: ANA and EVA Air
