Quick question that has been stuck in my head for a while. The system seems pretty good at this point in activating 1000 status points everytime you earn 3k points with everyday non-air partners. Utilizing Atmos Shopping has been a pretty good way to earn extra status points but lets say you end the year with 2400 points. Are you losing those 800 because you didnt get to 3000 before 12/31 or will they then fix the 3/1 ratio as a year-end number? Does anybody have any clarity on this?
They credit you with the 10k, after a multi-week lag, every time earn another 30k, with no effort to back-date. So, normally I'd say you should be ok. However, now that they're moving away from that batching effective Jan 1 (supposedly), God only knows how they'll handle that transition.
