Online chat help appears to be offshored. :Lots of "may" "Just let it" "if this file" etc comments from chat/help that don't indicate care or knowledge of software and problems. much less assist with UI and software. Would not recommend. But, as typing this - Jamesons in hand - will see what happens. Honestly am not optimistic. Software is SLOW. Started this on afternoon of 22 Dec at about 2-3pm ET and it's been running ALL night until now approx 8:00am ET on 23 Dec wth no signof progress other than a spinning circle and ever changing "Folder" [name that is purportedly being fixed] and a "Count" [with no tally of progress such as X of Y]. Is it working? No idea. Tho I'll save this thread for now. I'll come back later and update. Frankly, even if the software "works" I would not recommend.
