For anyone trying to claim missing Aeroplan points and frustrated that the online missing points form is not working properly...
I just spoke with Aeroplan, and they confirmed they’re receiving a high volume of calls about this issue because there is indeed an issue with the website (surprise, surprise). They advised that missing credits are being handled by email instead.
To request missing points, email
[email protected] and include:
- Ticket number
- Aeroplan number
- Email address associated with the booking
Attaching a copy of your ticket/receipt is also recommended if you have it.
