I've heard mixed opinions on this - is luggage allowed under the footrest in Club World Suites during takeoff and landing. I know the footrest says not to stow things on it during takeoff and landing which I assumed meant underneath was okay but I've had other people tell me nothing could be stored underneath either.

If luggage is allowed there, does anyone know the approximate dimensions? Is it big enough for a typical underseat bag? I'm taking a trip when I won't be able to lift anything overhead and I'd prefer to have access to my bag during the flight if possible.
