1K desk can't do reprot overrides?
Sked change and needed to have a reroute. First time that a Prem Desk agent said she didn't have the ability to override inventory (award ticket, UA metal) and that we'd have to wait for 30 min for the support desk to add the overrides. In the past, 1K agents have had that level of authority (Level 1?). Has something changed at UA?
