confused ! My scheduled pick up time is today Dec 22 at 6 and I have been waiting since 4 and it’s 5:30pm. Nothing went wrong and I booked too late isn’t it ? At around 6pm I walked up to Avis counter as to know if car will be ready , told me they need my DL and card security deposit . I was bit surprised as I am Avis president circle member .. told me if I made any changes to my info on Avis profile it will trigger counter visit . Was charged $250 deposit . First gave me the same full size sedan but when I told them if I am getting upgrade she gave me Chevy equinox. Nicer car but I couldn’t find the volume button as I drive to a restaurant. Didn’t like the gear being around the steering wheel and bit confusing as how to change . Only 15 miles clean inside but dirty outside . They check DL again as you exit .
