I guess that depends when you board. The downside to 19 is that every economy class passenger will have to pass by your seat. On the other hand if you choose to board at the very last moment, then it doesn’t matter. I generally prefer row 11.

and yes, materially greater room for your feet in these rows. Every other row is a torture for anybody with normal sized feet.
