Since flight not taken so its basically just cc points transferred to account and redemption done.Since mine is a family pool all tickets were of friends and family only of all my pool members as their miles were basically deposited into my account for redemption.

About visiting Air France counter, at least they should give an option to justify it in the first place.They are just not responding over the emails and even social media wont help. Spoke to local flying blue team over the call as well but they said its all in the hands of the audit department there is nothing that they can do.
Did you ever get your account reactivated? I’m in a similar situation and could use some tips.
