First time booking with FHR. Added my HH number to a SLH booking and nothing showing in the app. Reached out to the hotel via chat and they basically told me no it's not and that I only get one set of benefits. I get that the hotel is under no obligation to stack but it's not a cheap hotel and I at least want the HH points for it. Was hoping seeing diamond status and amex might get me a slightly better upgrade but I guess that's wishful thinking now. Am I misunderstanding how FHR works?
