Weird, my TAP ticket AMS-LIS-YYZ was rejected by the online form for the AMS-LIS portion, no explanation (with an automated rejection email as well). Class A should be eligible even if intra-Europe, it's a connecting flight. I tried AMS-LIS, AMS-YYZ, LIS-YYZ.. the system only recognized AMS-LIS and AMS-YYZ (even though it's 2 segments, but sure).
No response from
[email protected] probably will call and see if I can talk to a competent supervisor. Kind of worried now because this seems like an administrative error, I'm short 600SQM...
EDIT: called Aeroplan/AC, was able to get the rep to reach out to ticketing since I mentioned I submitted a missing points request that was rejected. Ticketing verified somehow, my ticket went through changes (not requested by me, nor was I aware of these changes), and as a result went through several booking class modifications that ended up with the entire ticket in class E (0% SQM) - but was originally booked as class A (50%; matches my electronic ticket). The online tool wasn't able to pick this up; she said as long as I included the electronic ticket in my email to to
[email protected], I'm guaranteed to get the SQM credited at the original booking class rate (50%) for all segments.
Fingers crossed AC pulls through.
