You'd be surprised. After all, the primary reason they raised redemption rates to Europe and Asia was because people were redeeming too many awards. Since that can't be an issue on standard awards (since NW controls those) the implication is that people routinely Rulebust to those destinations. So that's 160,000/180,000.
