Basically none. More Asia is a long way off due to lack of slots (HND) lack of frequency (PVG) and Russian airspace being closed. In 10 years, very well could be a A350 base but even then, I doubt it without China, India and Japan flying.

I'm of the opinion more HND slots will happen at some point and Delta will give JFK-HND a go. I'd be shocked if that happens in the near term though.

All that said I believe JFK will be 787 city. Mostly -10s replacing the 767/330 and some -9s in there for the longhual flying I am talking about above. I think the A350 stays around DTW, LAX and SEA with SLC, MSP and ATL seeing a mix of all the above.

330/350 are separate at Delta and 350 flights at JFK don't automatically equal a base. Doubtful a 350 base at NYC is in the cards any time soon.

Joe will do a great job IMO and it will be a lot of the same. Will be interesting to see who replaces Ed soonish.

He has been wanting to leave for a long time. I am personally shocked Ed and Co were able to keep him around this long. I was personally hoping he would stick it out to 70 but I also understand wanting to step away. He has been doing a lot of what he does since before bankruptcy. Thats a very long time in this industry at one place with a lot of the same rolls.
