My friend arrived from PVG late that evening, and I was in his room to call Room Service. I could not find any QR Code to scan to make the order. I pressed the "Room Service" button on the desk phone, but there was no answer. Then, I called "Guest Services", and the attendant told me the food service menu was in the binder by the desk. I have that, I said; now, how do I place the order? She told me to dial zero. I asked her to transfer me instead, and she said I had to dial zero. So, I hung up, and dialled zero. The Operator that answered was the same girl that I had just spoken with!!! I asked her why she did not take my order during the last call. She replied "because you did not dial zero". Truly, I was shocked beyond words!!!!!
I am sorry, but this made me guffaw. Better dial zero.
