If that’s the case, then they could define differing rules for J/F vs FF access, way to just be explicit about it…
There was a case recently with J pax who made a lot of noise on social media. They arrived at 16:30 ish from CNX and wanted to stay until the next morning and travel on MH4. They were denied access and told to come back later and were likely let in after 1 midnight.
Right, a clear case where they anger their higher-value clientele to save a couple bucks; I’d guess MH has dropped in that customer’s list of preferred airlines. Worse when those clients make noise about it publicly…
